However, there is no rule. Though I prefer writing at the same place and time. However, I write whenever and wherever i get time. I have written many pieces while waiting. Waiting time is a boon for writers. You can utilize this time to write or read (mobile is a good tool for writers) or you can observe things and people, you can find fascinating characters for you new novel or story.
